Reflecting Pools
The two symmetrical Reflecting Pools occupy the footprint where the Twin Towers of the WTC once stood. Surrounded by trees, water pours from the rim of quadrant shaped pools 30ft towards a central void. The names of all those who lost their lives are etched into the bronze panels fringing the pools. Memorial Museum

The Oculus
Santiago Calatrava's Oculus, a winged structure at the World Trade Center that opened to pedestrian traffic in June and is expected to be open fully in August 2016.
This luminous space serving at the WTC's Transport Hub is framed by soaring curving white ribs and the ribbons of light between them.
